What you will do

• Manage and distribute internal communications for training and enablement programs
• Coordinate and host virtual webinars and training sessions
• Provide logistical and technical support for onsite training events
• Administer the learning management system: publish events, track attendance and completions, manage registrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth program delivery
• Offer end-user support for training program issues

Requirements

• 2+ years in coordination or program support roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills for fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with learning management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with global mindset
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms and webinar tools
• Collaborative team player mindset
