TL;DR
Learning and Development Associate (L&D): Design, develop, and implement high-impact learning programs using ADDIE methodology with an accent on content creation, multimedia production, and instructional design. Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain (or willing to relocate) to support local and global teams.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement learning programs using ADDIE methodology, including visually compelling training materials with Google Suite and PowerPoint.
- Handle end-to-end multimedia production, from storyboarding to video export, and improve complex business processes pedagogically.
- Align L&D initiatives with organizational roadmap, manage multiple projects, and adopt modern tools agilely.
- Deliver engaging presentations and workshops, review materials for quality, and develop new training features independently.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base, collaborate via peer reviews, and communicate project status proactively.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent + minimum 2 years in L&D or Instructional Design
- Proven ADDIE application, high-end presentation design, video editing/storyboarding, public speaking for diverse audiences.
- Technical proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain (or willing to relocate)

- Experience in travel or fintech domain.
- Instructional Design or Adult Learning Certificate.
