Salary: $126,490 - $171,134 per year

What you will do

• Perform fundamental analysis, financial modeling, and valuation for strategy projects and new deal activity.
• Research sector trends and market-specific information, including operational metrics and valuation multiples.
• Manage the M&A and investment pipeline and monitor relevant transactions for the organization.
• Create investment memorandums and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board.
• Lead financial due diligence coordination and support end-to-end deal execution.
• Maintain and refine internal project management and diligence best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Concentration in finance or accounting preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, accounting, finance, consulting, or corporate development.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including 3-statement financial analysis, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
• CFA certification.
• 6+ years of experience within the financial services or fintech sectors.
