Associate (Finance)

TL;DR

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Office) or Onsite in Hummelstown, PA

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 a year

What you will do

• Provide licensed support for securities, investment advisory, and insurance products.
• Handle confidential communications and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research and due diligence for securities product recommendations.
• Execute securities trade orders and manage product applications.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors on business planning and marketing strategies.
• Facilitate product-specific seminars and workshops.

Requirements

• Must be securities registered (Series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63).
• Must be insurance licensed/appointed for life, health, and variable products.
• Must be licensed in all states where support work is performed.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous administrative or secretarial experience desired.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
