What you will do

• Execute, review, and approve equity, option, fixed income, and mutual fund trades via Pershing platform.
• Provide real-time market quotes, inventory details, and support for trade reviews, corrections, and corporate actions.
• Monitor daily reports, debit balances, and disbursements to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Resolve escalated trading inquiries and serve as liaison between Pershing, operations, and field partners.
• Update procedures, contribute to projects, and identify process streamlining opportunities.
• Communicate trading trends and represent operations in meetings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of financial services experience, including trading desk or brokerage operations
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 53 required; Series 4 preferred
• Experience with Pershing products, NetX strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk awareness skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and trading platforms
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
