What you will do

• Deliver on-site education through seminars and webinars on plan features, investments, and retirement topics.
• Conduct one-on-one financial advisory investment counseling with employees and retirees.
• Interface with plan administration, legal counsel, and sponsors to identify and resolve participant issues.
• Work with plan sponsors to increase employee participation.
• Contribute to developing presentation materials and assist in scheduling sessions.
• Maintain compliance with firm and FINRA regulations; may guide junior staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in retirement/financial services
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65 licenses
• Ability to travel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving, organization, and quality focus
