What you will do

• Own the commercial performance and execution of the Schneider Electric business in France.
• Drive revenue growth and margin by identifying and closing opportunities across products, solutions, and services.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, including generation, qualification, forecasting, and conversion.
• Deploy global account strategies locally to expand the company's footprint and share of wallet.
• Coordinate internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-value offers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales or account management experience.
• Experience in complex solution environments, preferably within industrial automation or energy sectors.
• Strong expertise in pipeline and funnel management.
• Ability to create and execute strategic account plans.
• Proven track record of navigating matrix organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
