What you will do

• Process standard HR service requests and provide accurate, timely resolutions
• Maintain HR and payroll data including benefits, time tracking, insurance, and pensions
• Handle document management where employee self-service is unavailable
• Support maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and deadlines
• Participate in data controls and corrections using SAP Payroll Control Centre
• Communicate with internal teams for consistent standards application

Requirements

• Basic understanding of HR administrative processes and data handling
• Motivation for service-oriented operational environment
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Structured, reliable working style
• Openness to learning new tools, systems, and digital processes
• Fluent in German (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• First experience (0–1 years) in HR Operations, Payroll, Shared Services, or BPO
• English language skills
