P&C Rewards Manager (m/f/d)

JTI is looking for a P&C Rewards Manager to join their People & Culture team in Switzerland and help drive compensation, payroll, rewards, and employee benefits initiatives at a local level.
This role combines operational rewards expertise with transformation projects, including payroll outsourcing, compensation planning, rewards education, and process optimization.
What you’ll do
— Coordinate payroll processes and support employees with payroll-related topics
— Partner with external payroll vendors and ensure accurate local reporting
— Support payroll outsourcing and transition projects
— Manage local implementation of global and local rewards practices
— Support compensation planning and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
— Act as the local subject-matter expert for compensation, incentives, benefits, and payroll topics
— Coordinate rewards-related projects, including payroll and time management optimization
— Drive rewards transparency and employee education initiatives
— Support compensation budgeting, workforce planning, and reporting activities
— Collaborate closely with finance and People & Culture teams
What they’re looking for
— Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
— Strong experience in HR or finance-related functions; rewards experience is a plus
— Experience with compensation, payroll, or benefits processes
— Strong project management and presentation skills
— Independent and detail-oriented working style
— Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
