What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for joiners and leavers.
• Maintain and optimize process documentation to ensure clear and scalable People workflows.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to improve and elevate HR processes.
• Handle employee records, prepare employment contracts, and manage visa documentation.
• Organize team events and manage day-to-day office operations and supplier relationships.
• Ensure employee data remains accurate and compliant within the HRMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and employee experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Must be based in Berlin for hybrid work.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
