What you will do

• Manage and mentor the networking pre-sales team, handling resource allocation, workload distribution, and technical enablement.
• Serve as SME for enterprise and DCN, providing consultative services and high-level architectural designs.
• Oversee technical proposals, BOMs, and solution architectures for large projects and tenders.
• Lead complex POCs, demonstrations, and site surveys to align solutions with customer needs.
• Manage vendor certification roadmap to maintain partner statuses.
• Collaborate on marketing programs and contribute to sales quotas through technical leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years in networking infrastructure design/troubleshooting, including 2-3 years in leadership.
• Mastery of Cisco, Arista, HPE Aruba or equivalents.
• Deep knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, Wi-Fi 7, routing protocols, VLAN, SDN.
• Proficiency in DCN (spine & leaf, EVPN, VXLAN), SASE/SSE, AI-assisted networking, zero trust, firewalls.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead sales cycles.
