What you will do

• Implement and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting infrastructure systems to ensure high availability.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement technical solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
• Maintain technical documentation and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure engineering, or technical support.
• Technical knowledge of networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• English: Business level proficiency is required for global collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
