What you will do

• Align with Data Science and Sales Ops to overhaul globally standardized reporting and dashboards for sales and pipeline metrics
• Support annual operational planning with market trend research and internal data analyses
• Create, track, and execute goals and operational metrics for strategic objectives
• Handle resource planning, budgeting, compensation plans, and prepare for operational reviews
• Drive process optimization and automation for partner deal cycle efficiency
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve operational performance
• Build forecasting and analytical models for actionable insights

Requirements

• 7+ years in strategy & sales operations
• 7+ years in software or SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related
• Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel, performance measurement, and reporting
• Significant experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau or Tableau CRM, and PowerBI
• Strong problem-solving, presentation skills, and ability to work with senior leadership
