TL;DR
Client Service Administrator (Financial Services): Coordinating overall event logistics and managing client communications for practice events with an accent on planning, execution, RSVPs, and follow-up. What you will do
- Plan and coordinate practice-led events
- Execute events including Member Network events
- Attend client events to greet arriving clients
- Track RSVPs and manage all event follow-ups
- Conduct client outreach via phone, email, text
- Manage Salesforce event campaigns and update CRM systems
- Support lead advisors with various functions and tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or event management
- Must be able to work with all roles in Fusion Financial Group and represent externally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or ability to learn
- Basic understanding of products, services, and financial offerings
- Competencies in planning/organizing, client focus, communication, teamwork, adaptability
