What you will do

• Define and own the strategy for the payout platform, evolving it into a scalable product ecosystem.
• Drive system reliability, scalability, payout accuracy, auditability, and compliance with Engineering and Finance.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Operations to streamline commissions, automate reconciliation, and improve transparency.
• Translate technical architecture into product strategy and align engineering priorities with business impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and use data metrics like payout success rate and error rate to prioritize.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in financial systems, payments infrastructure, or backend platforms.
• Proven ability to define technical product roadmaps balancing short-term delivery and long-term health.
• Strong understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and financial data pipelines; fluent communication with engineers and data teams.
• Analytical fluency with BI tools like Looker to validate hypotheses and measure performance.
• Track record shipping complex cross-functional initiatives improving reliability or financial operations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
