What you will do

• Lead one engineering team as player/coach: 75% hands-on coding/projects, 25% people management.
• Deliver high-quality software, drive technical decisions, ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Unblock team, scope complex efforts, partner with Product/Design to execute plans.
• Mentor engineers using engineering ladder, set goals, provide feedback and recognition.
• Handle difficult conversations, mediate conflicts, foster healthy engineering culture.

Requirements

• US work authorization (citizenship/immigration compliance)
• Build/lead SaaS with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containerized environments.
• Modern Python: Django, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy.
• Modern dev tools including AI-assisted coding.
