What you will do

• Conduct discovery work including process mapping, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to triage organizational requests.
• Own the end-to-end user experience by creating functional wireframes, user flows, and interface designs.
• Build and ship working prototypes using low-code platforms, no-code tools, and AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with technical teams to transition successful prototypes into wide-scale applications.
• Manage a portfolio of projects independently, communicating status and outcomes without heavy oversight.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in roles combining problem-solving, process improvement, and solution delivery.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for designing intuitive and functional user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Retool) and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Data fluency with the ability to explore databases in Snowflake and use AI to generate SQL queries.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Technical familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and basic ability to read/modify JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and project management tools like Jira and GitHub.
• Background in business process automation or operations consulting using Miro or Lucidchart.
