What you will do

• Ship world-class AI-powered experiences for Copilot, Bing, MSN, and gaming with an emphasis on craft and trust.
• Own the user experience for specific product domains, managing user needs and strategic evolution.
• Integrate new AI technological innovations into products and the team's design practices.
• Collaborate with product leaders to manage end-to-end development and ensure UX quality.
• Define goals and success metrics, overseeing experiments and evaluating effectiveness with data.
• Drive accountability for high standards of excellence and product quality.

Requirements

• Master’s degree + 6+ years or Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years of experience in product or service design.
• Must be based in the San Francisco area or the greater Seattle metropolitan area.
• Portfolio demonstrating world-class consumer products from vision to launch.
• Direct evidence of designing with AI/code (vibe coding).
• Proven track record of setting design visions for innovative, risk-taking products.

Nice to have

• Experience prompting LLMs and working with generative AI.
• Prototype-level engineering skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to break large bodies of work into phased execution plans.
• Experience identifying research needs and leveraging qualitative and quantitative signals.
