Paralegal

What you will do

• Support transactions by assisting with deal documents like NDAs, subscription agreements, closings, amendments, and consents.
• Draft and maintain internal corporate documents, spreadsheets, checklists, forms, and procedures.
• Conduct legal research on securities, Investment Company Act, and regulatory issues; work with outside counsel.
• Coach business partners on legal, regulatory, and risk matters; develop compliance processes.
• Manage multiple priorities, identify issues, and promote organizational reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in transactional and/or corporate governance work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound business acumen and judgment
