CTI Core Software Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Focus on designing robust microservices, optimizing system performance, and evaluating new technologies for production deployment.

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (full time onsite)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure
• Take ownership of features end-to-end from research, design, implementation, testing, to production deployment
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve scalability, performance, and reliability
• Prototype new ideas and evolve them into production-grade solutions
• Measure, analyze, and improve system performance and development workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python preferred)
• Experience designing and building scalable microservices-based systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with APIs, authentication, authorization, and service-to-service security
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal)

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar)
• Experience with large-scale data systems (MongoDB, Snowflake, Elasticsearch)
• Background in cybersecurity or threat intelligence
