What you will do

• Build and ship production-grade software using AI-driven workflows to ensure secure and optimized code.
• Design complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows at scale.
• Maintain a shared system context repository of designs and standards to enable reliable AI operations.
• Develop high-quality, scalable components within a microservice multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment.
• Participate in all SDLC phases, including design, implementation, code reviews, and automation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers depending on seniority.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Deep knowledge of OOP and languages such as Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.js, or C++.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational or non-relational databases (e.g., Postgres, Mongo).
• Proven experience designing distributed systems at scale on public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Based in Tel Aviv, Israel for hybrid (1-3 days/week) or onsite work.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Technical expertise in Generative AI, RAG systems, and Agentic workflows.
• Experience with Kafka, Elastic Search, and Big-Data/ML.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience working in a fast-paced multinational organization.
