What you will do

• Design, code, and manage end-to-end online and offline data ingestion pipelines.
• Develop and maintain modern data infrastructure implementing industry best practices.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of ingestion services handling millions of requests per minute.
• Monitor production environment health and ensure high data quality.
• Lead design and decision-making processes within the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product managers to implement an efficient development process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing big data infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Databricks, Spark, Airflow, Firehose, SQS, or similar tools.
• Proven experience with high-scale systems on AWS or other cloud providers.
• Strong expertise in architecture and design of high-performance production systems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team dialogue.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs with risk management.
