What you will do

• Analyze, design, and develop new features for web interfaces and backend infrastructure from requirement to delivery.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable code that meets strict security and performance standards for large enterprises.
• Lead complex technical challenges and provide design guidance within a cross-functional Agile team.
• Integrate AI tools and methodologies to accelerate development and implement smart product capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with architects and QA engineers to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience in C#.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or alumni of an elite intelligence unit.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead complex technical initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive motivation, and a goal-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of security programming, including encryption and authentication protocols.
• Experience with Frontend technologies such as Angular 2+, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building AI Agents capable of decomposing complex goals into smaller tasks.
