Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of program execution, ensuring on-time deliverables within scope
• Serve as primary customer point of contact and coordinate with partner contractors
• Develop SOPs, training plans, and oversee onboarding of new personnel
• Coordinate operational readiness exercises, training events, and testing across CONUS
• Manage activities for new facility under construction
• Handle communication, risk management, and performance tracking

Requirements

• TS/SCI with POLY clearance
• 12+ years leading small teams in dynamic, high-stress environments
• Demonstrated ability to educate, lead, and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience implementing integrated change management across organizations
• Strong communication skills to distill complex info for all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Willingness to travel
