CNO Developer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and implement custom software tools and techniques, primarily in Python, C++, and Java.
• Develop capabilities for Windows, Linux, Unix, and mobile platforms across user-space environments.
• Diagnose and debug customer problems using standard and custom toolsets, debuggers, disassemblers, and diagnostic software.
• Own end-to-end software design, development, developer testing, maintenance, and technical documentation.
• Gather requirements, present development plans, forecast deliverables, and communicate status with developers and customer personnel.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in design meetings and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of programming experience in C/C++ or similar languages and Python.
• In-depth understanding of network protocols and operating-system internals.
• Knowledge of common CNO techniques and modern software engineering concepts.
• Strong familiarity with software security technologies such as ASLR and DEP.
• Experience with additional architectures such as ARM, RISC, or PPC.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field; Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly required.

Nice to have

• Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, or a similar binary analysis tool.
