Reverse Engineer / General-Purpose CNO Software Engineer (C/C++/Python)

Location: United States clearance environment; Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Poly required

Salary: $256,000–$280,000 per year, plus $64,000–$70,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions

What you will do

• Design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate CNO software solutions.
• Augment existing toolsets and produce end-to-end capabilities that operate within mission constraints.
• Derive, document, and analyze requirements with analysts, operators, and software engineers.
• Provide rapid-response operational support and support longer software development lifecycles.
• Provide technical consulting across software products and technologies.
• Participate in peer code reviews to reduce defects.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly required.
• 12 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10 years with a master's degree; additional software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with reverse engineering and supporting fielded software systems.
• Ability to produce and modify software in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience coordinating with analysts, operators, external development shops, and software engineers.
• Familiarity with Git, Subversion, Jira, Confluence, and Bamboo.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, or Rust.
• Experience developing CNO software for Linux, Windows, or embedded applications.
• Experience with vulnerability research, exploit development, SIGINT collection and analysis systems, or production CNO operations.
