Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (up to 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $21.64 - $24.04 per hour

What you will do

• Guide clients in creating and maintaining financial plans aligned with the company's mission of service and faith.
• Conduct virtual appointments via phone, screen sharing, and video to provide actionable financial advice.
• Proactively re-engage existing clients who have not recently worked with a professional.
• Utilize professional tools including Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and Morningstar for financial planning.
• Build a personal professional practice or join a local team within 18-24 months.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 (required or obtained within 90 days).
• State insurance license in life, health, and variable lines (required or obtained within 90 days).
• Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states.
• Satisfactory criminal and financial background check.
