What you will do

• Develop new client relationships through prospecting, targeted marketing, proactive outreach, and centers of influence.
• Manage complex wealth management banking, credit, deposit, and treasury management relationships.
• Structure and negotiate complex loan and lease agreements, including pricing, interest rates, swaps, and related financing structures.
• Advise clients on goals-driven wealth management and identify investment and fiduciary opportunities.
• Coordinate integrated client service delivery across banking functions and serve as a key contact for senior clients.
• Develop and administer functional programs while solving large-scale, cross-functional, and technically complex problems.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of banking, financing, credit policy, banking products, and risk management.
• Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis and client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, sales, oral communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.
