Salary: $79,400 – $112,175

What you will do

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and group presentations to improve participant outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Execute dynamic business plans and tactics to drive retirement income objectives.
• Manage schedules, including travel booking and conducting virtual and on-site meetings.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal service and management teams to improve effectiveness and meet SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (CPT/OPT not accepted).
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong presentation and territory management skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Understanding of defined contribution plans and retirement planning building blocks.
• Practical experience providing high-level consultative client interactions.
