Salary: $88,000 – $129,000

What you will do
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, epics, and stories to ensure maximum business value and alignment with product strategy.
- Serve as the Product Owner for cross-functional Agile teams, providing clear vision and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and deploy high-quality mobile applications and software solutions.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and implementation timelines between business departments and the Systems division.
- Conduct operational reviews and process walkthroughs to identify and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Partner with product sponsors to identify growth opportunities and define the long-term product vision.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in an equivalent role.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
- Product Owner Certification (Must have).
- University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent professional work experience.
Nice to have
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course.
