What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, epics, and stories to ensure maximum business value and alignment with product strategy.
• Serve as the Product Owner for cross-functional Agile teams, providing clear vision and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and deploy high-quality mobile applications and software solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and implementation timelines between business departments and the Systems division.
• Conduct operational reviews and process walkthroughs to identify and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Partner with product sponsors to identify growth opportunities and define the long-term product vision.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in an equivalent role.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Product Owner Certification (Must have).
• University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent professional work experience.

Nice to have

• Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
• Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course.
