Team Manager - Registered Products (Operations): Manage day-to-day operations of teams handling registered products, new accounts, transfers, and mutual funds, ensuring processing volumes, SLOs are met, and compliance standards. Focus on reviewing transactions, process improvements, risk mitigation, escalations resolution, and people leadership across rotating departments.
Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
Salary: $82,000 to $117,000

What you will do
- Oversee daily operations, review transactions, ensure completion of volumes, identify errors/trends, and implement corrective plans.
- Manage workload, adhere to policies/procedures, exceed client needs, and mitigate risks for assigned teams.
- Provide expertise, problem resolution, training, analysis, reporting, and process improvements across operations.
- Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, develop supervisory procedures for regulatory/risk controls.
- Lead people: set goals, coach, provide feedback, develop plans, ensure training and understanding of values/policies.
- Participate in audits, projects, client conversions, collaborate with partners, seek continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada required.
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in Financial Services; 3-4 years progressive experience in operations or customer service in brokerage/financial services.
- Reconciliation experience; system experience (Dataphile, CDS, DTC, Citibank, Cannex, Arrow).
- Good Excel skills; settlement experience in CDS, DTC, foreign trade settlement.
- Strong customer service, organization, communication, leadership, multi-tasking, coaching skills.
Nice to have
- 1+ years coaching, training, mentoring, leading people.
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- French language skills.
