What you will do

• Prepare and validate trading documentation for capital commitments, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer trades.
• Compile and review AML/KYC due-diligence packages for submission to fund administrators.
• Process custody trade settlements, initiate wire instructions, and complete verification callbacks.
• Monitor trading deadlines to ensure trades are executed and reconciled accurately and on time.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve trade-related queries and discrepancies.
• Identify risks and control gaps to support continuous process and workflow improvement.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in the fund administration industry (Client Delivery, Investor Delivery, or AML/KYC).
• Knowledge of fund services practices, including order execution, settlements, and AML/FATCA requirements.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.
• Must be based in Halifax, NS, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in client trading.
• Working knowledge of SWIFT (Securities and Payment messages) and experience processing wires.
