What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement testing and troubleshooting methods for analog and mixed-signal products.
• Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications for new products.
• Support and improve production tests for multiple products.
• Lead and train engineers on multisite test techniques and data handling.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of semiconductor Test Engineering experience with analog-mixed signal products, DFT, test plans, production support, and new product introduction.
• Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of C/C++ programming.
• Familiarity with statistical methods for tester and program comparisons.
• Extensive experience with Teradyne Eagle ETS-88 or ETS-364 for multisite test coding and debug.
• Strong skills in software C++ programming, computer hardware, and networking related to semiconductor ATE systems.
