What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures to ensure product quality.
• Perform functional, stress, and system-level testing on consumer electronic hardware.
• Identify and define test tool requirements for verification activities.
• Participate in specification and design reviews to integrate quality early in the process.
• Identify, track, and perform root cause analysis on complex hardware bugs.
• Communicate technical findings and relevant information to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in hardware testing or design.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic or C/C++.
• Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in the development of high-volume consumer electronic products.
• Proven ownership of multiple sub-systems or complete consumer electronic products.
• Experience launching complex consumer electronics such as smartphones or gaming consoles.
