Test Engineer (RF/Mixed-Signal)

TL;DR

Test Engineer (RF/Mixed-Signal): Develop, implement, and optimize production test solutions for highly integrated SoC devices used in 4D imaging radar for ADAS and AV with an accent on test hardware, ATE programs, and mixed-signal/RF testing. Focus on designing load boards/probe cards, creating automated test programs, silicon validation, yield analysis, and DFT feedback.

What you will do

• Design and oversee fabrication of complex load boards and probe cards, including PCB schematic and layout review for signal integrity.
• Create, debug, and maintain ATE programs for wafer sort and final test using platforms like Advantest V93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX.
• Develop test plans for mixed-signal (ADCs, DACs, PLLs) and RF components (LNA, PA, Mixers).
• Collaborate on silicon validation, correlating ATE results with bench measurements and simulations.
• Analyze yield data with statistical tools, perform root-cause analysis, and implement test time reduction strategies.
• Provide DFT feedback to design team on scan, BIST, and loopback features.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in IC testing focused on Mixed-Signal and RF products.
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu).
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Perl for test automation and data analysis.
• Deep RF knowledge (S-parameters, NF, IIP3, EVM, Phase Noise).
• Experience with lab equipment: Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs.

Nice to have

• High-volume manufacturing and offshore OSAT management.
• Knowledge of automotive standards (AEC-Q100) or aerospace requirements.
