Test Engineer

TL;DR

Test Engineer (Mixed-Signal & RF): Develop and optimize production test solutions for highly integrated SoC devices in 4D imaging radar chipsets for ADAS and autonomous vehicles with an accent on test hardware design, ATE programming, and yield analysis. Focus on creating test programs for digital, mixed-signal, and RF components, correlating ATE results with simulations, and implementing DFT improvements for test coverage.

What you will do

• Design and oversee fabrication of Load Boards and Probe Cards for high-speed digital and RF testing
• Create, debug, and maintain ATE programs for wafer sort and final test using Advantest V93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX
• Develop test plans for mixed-signal (ADCs, DACs, PLLs) and RF components (LNA, PA, Mixers)
• Collaborate on silicon validation by correlating ATE results with bench measurements and simulations
• Analyze yield data with statistical tools to perform root-cause analysis and reduce test time
• Provide DFT feedback to design team on scan, BIST, and loopback features

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in IC testing focused on Mixed-Signal and RF products
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu)
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Perl for test automation and data analysis
• Deep RF knowledge (S-parameters, NF, IIP3, EVM, Phase Noise)
• Experience with lab equipment: Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs

Nice to have

• High-volume manufacturing and offshore OSAT management
• Knowledge of automotive standards (AEC-Q100) or aerospace requirements
