What you will do

  • Lead and execute global field and channel marketing strategy aligned to regional sales priorities and revenue targets
  • Partner with sales to identify opportunities, design ABM programs, and accelerate pipeline progression
  • Deliver integrated campaigns, events, and executive engagements driving demand and customer expansion
  • Translate corporate messaging into regionally relevant programs for target accounts and buyer personas
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline management with dashboards and sales visibility
  • Build customer advocacy via case studies, awards, and press releases
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a global team of field and channel marketers

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or outbound marketing in telecommunications, networking, or AI software
  • 3+ years leading and developing marketing teams
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth and revenue via field/channel programs
  • Strong sales alignment and ABM strategy execution
  • Data-driven with hands-on CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, including executive presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or technical field

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to communications service providers (CSPs)
  • Familiarity with OSS, network automation, orchestration, service assurance, AI-driven operations
  • Background in global, matrixed B2B tech organizations
  • MBA
