What you will do
- Lead and execute global field and channel marketing strategy aligned to regional sales priorities and revenue targets
- Partner with sales to identify opportunities, design ABM programs, and accelerate pipeline progression
- Deliver integrated campaigns, events, and executive engagements driving demand and customer expansion
- Translate corporate messaging into regionally relevant programs for target accounts and buyer personas
- Drive lead generation and pipeline management with dashboards and sales visibility
- Build customer advocacy via case studies, awards, and press releases
- Manage, mentor, and develop a global team of field and channel marketers
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or outbound marketing in telecommunications, networking, or AI software
- 3+ years leading and developing marketing teams
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth and revenue via field/channel programs
- Strong sales alignment and ABM strategy execution
- Data-driven with hands-on CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication, including executive presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or technical field
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to communications service providers (CSPs)
- Familiarity with OSS, network automation, orchestration, service assurance, AI-driven operations
- Background in global, matrixed B2B tech organizations
