Salary: $105,000–$117,000 CAD base + performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead live webcast, video, podcast production, and post-production activities.
• Manage equipment setup, talent coordination, lighting, audio, and troubleshooting.
• Edit and publish webcast replays timely and adapt content for social media.
• Create animated and motion graphics content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Product, HR teams on initiatives.
• Maintain studio equipment and professional environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in video production, film, TV studio, podcasting, or freelance equivalent.
• Demo reel or video production samples required.
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, studio workflows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with webcast/video-conferencing platforms like Zoom.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills; two-year post-secondary or equivalent.
