What you will do

• Manage all aspects of CG execution, including methodologies, scheduling, and the handover process to Compositing.
• Collaborate with VFX Supervisors, Creative Directors, and Production to ensure projects are set up for creative success.
• Regularly review artist work to provide technical feedback and creative direction.
• Work with Heads of CG and Pipeline to implement or extend studio-approved methodologies.
• Mentor artists throughout projects to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality standards.
• Represent the studio as an ambassador at industry events and through public speaking.

Requirements

• Deep working knowledge of industry-standard VFX workflows and software.
• Proven track record of delivering high-caliber creative VFX work and leading projects from start to finish.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Solutions-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing and solving complex technical problems.
• Experience in motivating and guiding artist teams toward creative excellence.
