Location: Must be a resident of British Columbia, Canada. Remote work is available only within BC; otherwise, onsite in Vancouver.

Salary: $45 - $65 per hour

What you will do

• Create complex compositions combining stage and CG elements using photography and color theory.
• Apply advanced compositing techniques including extractions, color grading, tracking, and deep compositing.
• Establish and share workflows, tools, and best practices to support shot production.
• Collaborate with artists across disciplines for Look Development and troubleshooting.
• Maintain aesthetic integrity and technical standards with keen attention to detail.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new hires.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Digital Compositing experience, preferably on feature films.
• Proficiency in Nuke, Nuke Studio/Hiero, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Linux (or other Unix) operating systems.
• Must be a resident of British Columbia, Canada.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or Open Work Permit).
• Availability to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Silhouette.
• Experience developing custom Nuke toolsets using Python3 or Nuke NDK.
