What you will do

• Take full ownership of technical project delivery: server migrations, cloud deployments (Azure), network setups, VoIP, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace from discovery through client sign-off.
• Lead discovery meetings, gather requirements, assess environments, and produce scopes of work and project proposals.
• Make decisive technical recommendations on cloud vs on-prem, licensing, vendors, and coordinate with technicians and vendors for execution.
• Run testing, validation, cutover, and ensure seamless client transitions.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex issues, administer GWS and M365, implement cybersecurity (EDR/XDR, email security, server hardening).
• Lead security initiatives per Essential 8, SMB1001, NIST CSF, manage MSP tools, mentor juniors, and contribute to knowledge base.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT, at least 5 years in MSP environment
• Proven experience leading technical project implementations end-to-end
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Google Workspace administration, security, compliance, complex migrations
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, SharePoint, security)
• Strong cybersecurity: EDR/XDR, MFA, email filtering, vulnerability management, server hardening
• Advanced multi-vendor networking, virtual networks in Azure, GCP, AWS; Essential 8, SMB1001, NIST CSF experience

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

• CISSP or similar security certifications
