What you will do
- Ensure team independently handles operational tasks from goal setting to execution while maintaining partner service quality.
- Analyze statistics, reports, and metrics to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Develop, approve, and implement cost strategies with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handle escalations, and resolve complex requests.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and guidelines for cost efficiency and reliability.
- Coordinate internal teams to achieve shared efficiency and optimization goals.
Requirements
- English C1 and Russian C1
- Advanced Google Workspace / GSuite proficiency
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- KPI tracking and performance management
- Financial analysis, budgeting, and basic accounting knowledge
- Experience in operational or team leadership roles
- CRM and operational workflow management
- Process optimization and cost-efficiency improvement
- Negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination
