Salary: $9,048.67 - $14,114.17 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Manage CTL staff, oversee programming, services, special projects, and collaborations.
• Implement plans for professional development, resource creation, and community engagement.
• Build relationships with faculty support organizations, academic units, and technology providers.
• Liaise with hirify.global Vancouver, hirify.global IT, and campus departments for collaborative initiatives.
• Manage operational budget in consultation with leadership.
• Conduct needs assessments, promote teaching strategies, and evaluate learning environments using agile approaches.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or related area.
• Minimum seven years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of pedagogical theory, instructional design, change management, learning technologies.
• Experience developing and delivering professional development in various formats.
• Experience hiring, training, and supervising staff and students.
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global's learning technology ecosystem.
• Experience with learning analytics.
• Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
