What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between students and agencies to ensure clear understanding of field education requirements and expectations.
• Perform site visitations and check-in meetings to evaluate student progress and provide grade recommendations.
• Lead recruitment for the MSW program through the delivery of online webcasts and in-person presentations.
• Manage program communications via social media, newsletters, and student communiques to share events and resources.
• Provide direct field education supervision and guidance to students who lack an MSW-qualified supervisor at their agency.
• Collaborate with the School Field Education Committee to refine program planning based on synthesized visit and seminar data.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in the Okanagan Valley (BC, Canada).
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• At least 2 years of related agency experience, preferably in the British Columbia Interior Region.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
