What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls, occupying approximately 80% of the workday.
- Convert high-priority leads through a targeted consultative sales approach to drive enrollments.
- Manage the sales pipeline across multiple channels and respond within defined SLAs.
- Guide prospective learners to select programs that best align with their professional career goals.
- Review sales interactions and perform QA call marking to maintain high team quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outbound telesales.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in a KPI-driven environment.
- Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
