What you will do

• Oversee building science personnel and manage group production, ensuring timelines and billing requirements are met.
• Supervise and train junior engineers and candidates for the profession of engineer (CPI).
• Perform leak investigations, condition assessments, and data collection for building envelopes, including roofs, walls, windows, and foundations.
• Develop rehabilitation programs for building envelopes and structural systems and recommend concepts to clients.
• Manage projects from conception to final realization, including contract administration and client liaison.
• Prepare technical proposals, reports, and specifications for building restoration and remediation.

Requirements

• Professional engineer license (OIQ) in Quebec is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in building science and building rehabilitation.
• Degree in Building Science, Architectural, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Full fluency in both English and French (verbal and written) is required.
• Ability to work on active construction sites and travel locally up to 30%.
