What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day operations and productivity of the Vancouver structural practice area.
• Manage the financial performance, budgets, and business plans to ensure growth and profitability.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for employees and contractors.
• Review technical deliverables, reports, and proposals to ensure they meet accuracy and professional standards.
• Conduct structural investigations, manage new builds, and oversee restoration projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive new and repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in British Columbia.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting engineering design or construction environments.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Building Code of Canada.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
