What you will do

• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and workshops on partner technologies like Okta to internal teams and clients.
• Develop technical sales tools, sizing guidelines, best practices, integration guides, and reusable demo assets.
• Define solution architectures, product matrices, SKU guidance, and bundling strategies for consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with advisory and delivery teams to validate services, scoping, and alignment with best practices.
• Support client retention through assessments, workshops, value realization, and upsell identification.
• Shadow engineering teams, contribute to knowledge sharing, and maintain expert certifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Okta, including Workforce or Customer Identity implementation
• 5+ years pre-sales engineering experience
• Understanding of IAM/IDaaS competitive landscape and Channel business models
• Experience with at least one network security protocol (OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, OIDC)
• Knowledge in web/mobile development or IP-based real-time communications
• Hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Expert-level Okta certification(s)
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
