Salary: $66,200 - $105,800 (Canada, annual)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional quality programs and projects, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
• Develop project plans including scope, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, and risk strategies.
• Drive product quality improvements and operational efficiency through collaboration and corrective actions.
• Analyze data sets using Power BI and Excel to identify trends and root causes.
• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, PLM, and external stakeholders to resolve quality concerns.
• Optimize quality processes and serve as escalation point for risks and challenges.

Requirements

• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification with proven project management success.
• Minimum 2 years in program/project management, quality assurance, or business operations.
• Strong statistical analysis skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team alignment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Power BI).
• B.S. in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards.
• Prior work in customer communications, software testing, or QA processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, JIRA, and AI tools.
