What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for strategic enterprise accounts, leading quarterly business reviews, success planning, and governance meetings.
  • Maintain relationships across customer personas from planners to executives and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Drive platform adoption, monitor health metrics, and identify expansion opportunities like new users, use cases, and business units.
  • Partner with Sales on renewals and growth, translating pain points into prioritized solutions with impact narratives.
  • Act as strategic advisor on predictive AI/ML use cases, support onboarding and scaling with Professional Services.
  • Surface customer feedback to inform product roadmap and innovation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML for supply chain: demand forecasting, classification, sensing, dynamic pricing.
  • Proficiency in ML workflows: neural networks, AutoML, supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model deployment.
  • Strong supply chain domain knowledge for technical and business discussions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, program/stakeholder management, QBR facilitation.
  • Adaptable, coachable, thrives in ambiguity with executive presence.
